All shipments are duty-free.

Some orders may require further validation, which may cause a delay in delivery; after your purchase has been completed, you will get an email confirming your product has shipped.

Please keep in mind that after your purchase has been confirmed, we will be unable to change the delivery address or method, as well as any other information in your order, such as product, quantity, size, or colour. When you receive the shipment confirmation email, the shipping time begins.

Please be aware that exotic clothing items takes 8-12 weeks to arrive.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you would like to return a product you bought from us, we'll happily refund or exchange it as long as it hasn't been used and is still in pristine condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be in their original, undamaged packaging.

Please send your purchase number, contact information, and reason for return to Tiaramadame@yahoo.com, along with any photographs you believe are required.

Returns should be sent to us in the reusable kraft box. Before placing the product into the delivery box, please double-check that the swing tag is attached and that the product has been repackaged within the Tiara Madame box.

Please utilise a trackable and signature-required postal service to guarantee that we get your returns in the safest and most expedient manner possible.

When we get your package, it will take us 14 days to complete your return. We will contact you through email to discuss the alternatives available for processing your refund.
